In Ayurveda, spring is the season of Kapha, a dosha characterised by the elements of water and earth. Incorporate foods like leafy greens, ginger, turmeric, and radishes—these are Kapha pacifiers that help improve digestion and detoxify the liver. Spicy foods also help boost your metabolism, which can be particularly helpful if you’re struggling with weight gain or hormonal fluctuations.

4. Move Your Body to Move Energy
