Professionally, Tracy is also a seasoned Marketing and Events Manager with more than 15 years of experience, bringing a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to her wellness coaching. She has guided countless women on their journey from burnout to brilliance, empowering them to re-engineer their lives and take control of their health through the power of ritual and mindful practices. Tracy's approach is deeply rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, using food as medicine and yoga as a tool for transformation.

Living in North Lakes, Queensland, Australia, with her husband and three young adults, Tracy embodies the balanced lifestyle she teaches. On weekends, she can be found sailing the serene waters on her yacht or cooking up a storm in her kitchen. A true connoisseur of life's simple pleasures, Tracy enjoys nothing more than savoring a warm cup of herbal tea paired with a delicious chocolate brownie.
